Most of us inherited blueprints we never chose, building according to designs that were handed to us before we could question them. The first act of sovereignty is to examine these structures. To walk through the rooms of your mind and ask: Did I build this? Does it serve me? Is there light here, or have I created my own prison? Reconstruction is sacred work. It requires us to demolish what no longer serves while preserving what remains essential. It demands patience—for true architecture is not rushed—and precision, for crooked foundations create unstable lives. The master architect knows that form follows function. Before you can build, you must know what the structure is for. What experiences do you want to house? What states of being need space to flourish? Design with intention, build with presence.
